Blog Reader

Privacy Policy

When you log in to Blog Reader, you are providing me with your email (plus first name and last name for Google OAuth sign ins). This data is stored against your user account. I will not share your user account details with anyone without your explicit consent, with the exception of when you make a payment, in which case I send your details to Stripe as payment metadata, so that I can keep track of your payment.

I use Google Analytics to track user page views. This data is anonymized. This tracking is done with the purpose of improving the website.

Your personal podcast and your audio readings are both publicly accessible - anyone with the link can access them. So if you want to keep them private, then you need to be careful about who you share the links with. If you want to "unshare" your podcast, then contact me at [email protected] and I can generate you a new link.

I do not store your credit card details. When you pay with Stripe, then your card details go directly to them, without passing through my servers. I save a token provided to use by Stripe in order to charge you in the future if you make further payments. I will not share these tokens, or your card details with anyone but Stripe.

If you have concerns about this privacy policy, you can send an email to me at [email protected]
